STARR Resiliency Agency (STARR) exists to address the need for services to children and youth who have and are experiencing trauma resulting in their involvement within the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) for Region 7A.
STARR Resiliency Agency is currently pursuing a license from the Texas Dept. of Family & Protective Services and a permanent contract to operate as a General Residential Operation (GRO), the agency will provide Continuous 24-Hour Awake Supervision through quality, child-centered care to the most vulnerable children involved in the Texas Department of Family & Protective Services (DFPS) system.
